Terravana works alongside Alpha Bravo Construction, its sister company, on commercial builds across Texas. Alpha Bravo takes the building from the ground up; Terravana handles everything outside it — grading and planting, parking-lot islands, frontage and the irrigation that keeps all of it alive once the crews have gone.
Supermarket
2727 Spring Green Blvd, Katy, TX 77494
A ground-up supermarket delivered by Alpha Bravo Construction, from excavation and foundations through the reinforced structure to the final interior fit-out. Completed in 2023 and now trading.
Frontage and parking-island planting on a high-visibility corner site, with irrigation zoned so the street elevation stays presentable through a Texas summer.

Multi-tenant retail
Sugar Land, TX
A multi-tenant retail development in Sugar Land. Alpha Bravo Construction has the build through its roofing and utilities phase — metal deck, roof sheathing, membrane flashing and the trench work for the incoming water line.
Parking-lot islands and frontage planting across a shared multi-tenant lot, scheduled to follow the building programme so grounds work lands after the trenching rather than being dug up by it.

9043 Huebner Road, Suite 202, San Antonio, TX 78240
A commercial building taken from the ground up by Alpha Bravo Construction, now through stone veneer on the exterior facade, concrete pavement and curb framework to the parking area, and interior framing and services.
Planting to the new curb-framed beds along the building line and through the parking area, with irrigation run in alongside the plumbing rather than cut in after the paving is down.

Office condominium park
18707–18747 Mueschke Road, Cypress, TX 77433
An office condominium park built by Alpha Bravo Construction across six single-storey buildings, from footings and the gray structure through to wall and ceiling finishes, lobby fit-out and completed office units.
Foundation planting around six separate buildings plus the shared common-area green space and monument-sign landscaping, tied together on one irrigation plan across the park rather than building by building.

From the field
Site work in progress across jobs shared with Alpha Bravo Construction — clearing, mass grading, trenching and the utility runs that go in before a single plant does. It is the least photogenic half of the programme and the half that decides whether the landscape survives its first hard rain.
