Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Held to Your Contract, Documented Every Visit.

Scheduled grounds maintenance contracts for office parks, HOAs, municipal facilities, and public rights-of-way, with mowing cycles and reporting built around the client’s own contract terms.

Overview

The Argument Is Never About the Mowing.

Commercial grounds contracts rarely go wrong over the quality of a cut. They go wrong over whether the cycle was hit, whether anyone can prove it, and whether the person signing the invoice has any record of what happened between visits. A board wants to know why the beds were skipped in July. A facilities manager needs a date for the storm cleanup. Neither is served by a crew that shows up and leaves.

So the schedule is written to your contract terms rather than to ours, and every visit leaves a record: what was cut, what was pruned, what was treated, and photographs where it matters. Right-of-way cycles are run to the interval the agreement specifies, and when weather moves a visit you hear it from us first.

What’s included

Every Landscape Maintenance Project Covers This.

Scope is written down before work starts, so “that was not included” never becomes a conversation halfway through.

  • Mowing, edging, and trimming. Run on the cycle your agreement sets, at the height the turf species wants, with the edges held to a line all season.
  • Pruning, shaping, and seasonal color rotation. Shrubs cut at the right point in their cycle, with color changed out on schedule rather than when it has already gone over.
  • Fertilization and integrated pest management. Fed against soil conditions and treated only where there is a problem to treat, with what was applied recorded.
  • Litter, debris, and storm cleanup. Grounds cleared as part of the routine, and mobilised separately when weather leaves you something larger.
  • Right-of-way and ROW mowing cycles. Corridor and shoulder mowing run to the interval and width the contract specifies, with cycles logged as they are completed.
  • Service logs and photo documentation. A dated record of every visit, so the invoice and the work on the ground agree without anyone having to drive out.

How it works

Four Steps, No Surprises.

You will always know what happens next, who is coming, and what it costs before work starts.

  1. 01

    Consult & Assess

We walk the property together, test the soil and drainage, and listen to how you actually want to use the space. Free, and about an hour.

  2. 02

    Design & Plan

You get a scaled plan, a planting palette, and a line-item budget. We revise it with you until it is right: on paper, not on site.

  3. 03

    Build & Install

Our crews handle grading, hardscape, irrigation, and planting in sequence, with a named lead on site and a weekly progress update.

  4. 04

    Nurture & Maintain

A garden is not finished the day it is planted. We stay on through establishment and, if you like, for the years after.
